Did you know that most overweight people are constantly dehydrated? A normal, healthy body should contain around 60% water, but in obese people it’s often as low as 45% or less. Mine was 33.5% (!) when I started doing the body composition analysis back i March. The more you drink, the more your body can flush out toxins and other waste and rehydrate cells and tissues that have been struggling for a long time. Just drink some more water!
